New Hope

Finally, I decided to leave the worst company and accepted the new road.

I joined there since 26 March 2010 and 4 December 2010 is my last day. God, can you tell me that why I can survived there almost 9 months? Convenient? Yes, except convenient I don't want Dear worries about me. I knew that he to fetch me work everyday. But Dear, I really unhappy worked there. I just felt happy can works with May, Kiwi, Alice, Pui Yee, Karine (she is the person I like work with. Learn much from her. I likes her new company also but at Kepong).

The time I still new at there, May kept on asking me 'You still here ar?' Now, I want ask her this question. Normally new staff will be there for 1 hour, 1 days, 1 week or 1 months. Within a short period, there will knows how 'GOOD' they are.

Below shown their 'GOOD':

1. Confirmed me through PA's mouth without black & white just because felt leceh. Without black and white, I told his PA if wanna resign also will leave within 7 days. At the ends, I hand in resignation letter with deduct 7 days salary. He said that will told PA? She just a PA. PA only what. (From here shown his PA is useless)

2. He said that if Im not a confirmed staff why can I enjoyed their benefit likes EPF. Excuse me, EPF is for all employee no matter they confirmed or not.

3. He said Im irresponsible. He told me that Im like playing them. Even previous employees who just worked few days, they still wait for new worker and trained them then leave there. He said if Im not believe can ask his employees who work there for few years. The answer that I get shown he was bluff. He is cheating.. Haiz.. don't know why I still done all December advertisements to him even CNY advertisement I also done for him. Will he appreciate? No, but why I still done for him?

4. He said Im too cemas. Actually few days before they just discussed on adjustment salary. Every year they will have a salary adjustment. Again, he told me that if Im not believe can ask his employees. I asked them and proven he is liar. 3 years increased RM200 = yearly salary adjustment?

5. He said normal working hours are 5 days half. Now they provided additional alternated off days. He thought more 1 or 2 additional off days consider a what big benefit.

6. Worked on Public Holidays but didn't give double pay. Labour Day, National Day, etc also need working.

7. No bonus.

8. Hire a worker to worked out 13 workers works with lower salary.

Still got much much more....

Yes, maybe Im not a good worker. But I had done all the best that I can.

Now is the time for NEW.. New job, new look, new clothes, new mood, everything new.. forget all the previous and start with the new that arranged by GOD.
